If you live in the Newport Beach, CA area or ever attended Oktoberfest, you’ve probably heard of or ran into Brian Boyle. He and his wife Lori own and operate Main Street Surf Shop near Balboa Pier and have been a staple in the surf/skim community for many years. They have also helped to sponsor the Oktoberfest event for the last 18 years.
